For eponyms I default to AMA/BOS — ‘Alzheimer disease’ no apostrophe — and only keep it when the facility style says so. One practical step: add a text-expander/ASR post-processing rule to strip apostrophes from common eponyms with a tiny exceptions list per account, unless your QA starts to twitch; anyone sharing a living exceptions list?
