On the 1 a.m. shift, voice rec dutifully turned ‘noncontrast CT’ into ‘noncontract seat’ in three different spots and I almost sent it before coffee; QC by caffeine, anyone else?
And > it before coffee; QC by caffeine, anyone else? I fixed that by making a text-expander so ‘nct’ drops in ‘noncontrast CT’ and a quick post-dictation find for ‘noncontract’; tiny caveat: scope it to radiology templates so ortho notes don’t get mangled — do you use an expander?
@solidriver Ever tried a quick voice-training pass? I set the VR vocabulary to prefer ‘noncontrast CT’ and added ‘noncontract seat’ variants as misrecognitions; it mostly sticks, but I scope it to radiology templates so it doesn’t wreck legitimate ‘contract’ elsewhere.
