I switched my expander to Espanso last week and built about 200 cardiology and ortho snippets; it’s free, portable, and plays nice with Express Scribe. Who else has seen this and has a shared YAML pack or a good source for standard phrase sets we can trade?
I switched to Espanso too and the one thing that saved me was adding word: true and propagate_case: true to my cardiology/ortho triggers so they don’t fire inside drug names and still respect CAD/Cad/cad. For sharing, I keep a small base hx/pe/ros pack and import it into the specialty files; there are a few starter medical packs to borrow from at https://hub.espanso.org. Minor caveat: a couple EHR text boxes pasted too fast, so I nudged the paste delay — have you seen that happen with Express Scribe?
