Tonight at 12:37 a.m., Dragon confidently transcribed “orphan pizza” for orthopnea through an N95, and I had to stop the foot pedal to collect myself. If one tiny slip can hijack a note, what happens if this scales — are we about to see orphan pizza sprinkled across every template?
I keep a “danger words” list that auto-flags anything like “pizza” on save, so if “orphan pizza” slips in it forces a quick confirm before the note goes out. It adds a second to the workflow but saves way more in QA, and I keep a separate with-mask mic profile to cut these down. Anyone else using a blacklist or regex pass to catch the spicy mishears?
