When Auto-Correct Goes Hilariously Wrong

You wouldn’t believe the gems I’ve come across while transcribing. Just yesterday, a doctor meant to say ‘patient’s history’ but it came out as ‘pasta’s history.’ I can’t help but laugh at the image of a plate of spaghetti with medical charts. Have any of you encountered similar hilarious errors?
