Anyone else get a 1–2 second delay on the first press of an IN-USB-3 after Windows 11 wakes from sleep or 20+ minutes idle? It only happens in Express Scribe for me — Fluency and Olympus are instant — and the lag disappears after that first play/pause, so I’m wondering if it’s a USB power setting or driver quirk you’ve already tamed.
