For heavy accents, I’ve had good luck with Otter.ai. It’s not perfect, but it handles difficult audio better than XYZ Tool. Have you considered giving it a try?
If you’re dealing with heavy accents, have you tried Descript? It’s not only good for transcribing but also offers some solid editing features. Just a thought since you weren’t impressed with XYZ Tool. @EliWorkflow may have other insights too.
