Struggling with job interviews

I’ve been going to a lot of interviews lately, but I still feel like I freeze up when I need to sell myself… Does anyone have tips on how to sound more confident? I’m particularly nervous about those tricky behavioral questions.

It’s all about preparation. I used to practice answering common behavioral questions in front of a mirror or with friends, and it really helped me feel more at ease. Maybe try recording yourself and reviewing it?

I’ve found that practicing concise stories about your experiences can really help… When answering behavioral questions, structure your response around specific situations so it flows naturally. Have you tried that yet, @elizabetheva39?
