Seeing more tool-driven errors lately

I’m seeing more AI-draft leftovers lately — TK placeholders, mismatched quotes, and punctuation drift after Grammarly suggestions — and it’s spiking; in a 12-page SOP yesterday I flagged 17 of these. If you’ve noticed the same, what’s the one guideline you’ve added to your proofreading checklist to catch them before export?

Same here — . > 17 of these. If you’ve noticed the same, what’s the one guideline you’ve — I added a 60‑second pre‑export sweep: Find TK/TBD, then step through every “ and ” to confirm pairs, especially after Grammarly nudges. If I’m slammed, I just do the TK/TBD pass and catch the rest on a quick PDF skim.

Quick fix: do a plain‑text roundtrip before export — copy all, paste into a.txt, then back — then scan for straight quotes and doubled punctuation. It flushes Grammarly’s curly/space drift and exposes ‘.,’, ‘?’, and sneaky non‑breaking spaces in a 12‑page SOP. Small caveat: it can flatten intentional smart quotes in product names, so glance at headings afterward.

After Grammarly, I do a 90‑second VoiceOver ‘read aloud’; quote/comma drift jumps out, but it misses code blocks.
