Foot pedal that plays nice with web players

Anyone else fighting lag using an Infinity IN-USB-2 with Chrome-based players (ChartNet/DocQ) this week? I’ve seen a few of you say the IN-USB-3 solved it, but before I order, did upgrading fix the half‑second pause/rewind delay for you, or was it a player or USB polling setting?

Had the exact “half‑second pause” on DocQ with an IN‑USB‑2; moving it to a USB 2.0 port and turning off USB selective suspend fixed it for me. If not, the IN‑USB‑3 felt snappier, but only after unchecking “Allow the computer to turn off this device” for the pedal in Device Manager — did you try either?

Turning off Chrome’s ‘Hardware Media Key Handling’ fixed my IN‑USB‑2 lag on DocQ; Edge worked too — did that help?

IN‑USB‑3 plus a powered USB 2.0 hub killed the “half‑second pause” on DocQ for me; tried that?
