Foot pedal or hotkeys for speed

I’ve been on an Infinity IN-USB-3 for about 5 years, but I’m toying with a Stream Deck + AutoHotkey setup and it feels like swapping a clutch for paddle shifters — smoother in theory, but I keep grinding gears on long cardiology notes. Anyone made the jump and found real net speed, or do you end up chasing settings more than lines per hour?

Setting AHK KeyDelay to about 70 ms on my Stream Deck macros was the only tweak that sped me up on long cardio runs instead of causing double-fires. > jump and found real net speed, or do you end up chasing settings more than lines — I landed on speed once I kept the IN-USB-3 for play/pause only and let Stream Deck handle inserts; want the tiny AHK snippet?
