I pair ‘auto‑formats HPI/ROS’ with fielded Auto‑Text plus PowerMic ‘next field.’ Sometimes it over-bolds ROS subheaders — see that?
Saved about the same — roughly 7 minutes on a 12-report ortho batch — but the bold creep drives me nuts. I set a Step-by-Step command that inserts HPI:, hits Enter, then “press control shift N” so the next line is Normal and the header stays clean; it’s cut reformatting to near zero. @elizabetheva39 have you tried forcing Normal after ROS the same way, or is your over-bold hitting mid‑paragraph?
